Confused About Vaping products and Juices? Check These Quick Facts!

Vaping is essentially a different experience for different people. From the basic e-cigs to box mods and e-liquid vaporizers, products have evolved and so have the various kinds of vape juices that are available. Some of the Denver Colorado smoke shops offer all sorts of options for buyers and vape enthusiasts, but if you are feeling confused, we have a few tips and facts below that will actually help you.

Be ready to experiment

If you are just started out, we recommend that you go for a basic e-liquid vaporizer, which will allow you to try some of the regular vape juices. Keep in mind that vape juices have different strengths of nicotine and literally an uncountable number of flavors, so experimentation is the key. Box mods are called so because these are bigger, often have better features and temperature control, so you can decide what kind of vaping experience you want with a juice and at what temperature. Box mods are great for experienced users or those who don’t want to be bothered by those e-liquid vaporizers that run out of power pretty soon. Even then, e-liquid vaporizers are decent for starters. That said, if you are trying to get off nicotine, start with a dose that’s strong or matches your current smoking preferences and wean off one step at a time.

What kind of vape juice should you try?

Almost all vape juices, also called e-juices or simple juice, contain two important base ingredients – Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin, which are colorless and odorless and constitute about 90% of the product. The rest is nicotine and flavors. On most products, you will find what’s called the PG/VG. Some people prefer an inclined ratio, but a 50-50 ratio is ideal and works for most users. A higher ratio of VG is often a choice of experienced users who want to vape at a really high temperature. Anything with 6 mg/mL nicotine content is considered to be low, while over 12 mg/mL, the product is said to be high on nicotine.

As for the flavors, many like the idea of a standard flavor such as vanilla and candy, and you won’t believe that such flavors can be extremely enjoyable. Blends, on the other hand, have a mix of flavors, but you can almost get a feel of each. Go for a smaller bottle before you decide on buying a bigger one.
